Welcome back to BarbraNews.com! Now that the tour is over (for now) -- I thought it would be a good time to revamp part of the website.

First of all -- thank you to everyone who wrote in to us during the tour -- it was great to read all of your emails. It was impossible for me to reply to each and everyone -- but I do appreciate that you took the time to email in. Updates on possible future dates will be available here.

Box office numbers are in for Barbra Streisand's recent concert tour, which marked her first live shows in six years. Billboard.com reports that her 20 concerts grossed more than $92 million and set house records in 14 of 16 arenas. Performances from her concerts in Philadelphia and New York City will be released on her upcoming double CD Barbra Streisand Live. The set is due out February 6, 2007.

I am happy to say that two years later, my prediction has come true. BarbraNews.com has been at the forefront of developing news on Streisand's unparalleled career. The message board at The Barbra Streisand Forum has also become the Number One website for Barbra Streisand fans to gather and discuss their favorite star. It's important to note that BarbraNews.com has also received the respect and approval of the media and entertainment industry.

Kudos to you Craig! Your hard work and dedication to all things Barbra has received the recognition it deserves. I'm not only proud to be a member, I'm proud to call myself your friend.
