'A Christmas Album' gets re-release.

Columbia Records will re-release 'A Christmas Album' sometime this year. Originally released in October 1967 along with Simply Streisand, the album will remain the same, with a slightly enhanced front cover. Expect the album in stores this holiday season. The album reached Number one in December 1967 and has since been certified five times platinum.

Quick fact: The cover of 'A Christmas Album' was actually taken during rehearsals of 'A Happening In Central Park' earlier that year.
